Prior declaration of works (DP):
Bioclimatic pergola between 5 m² and 20 m²: A simple prior declaration of works is sufficient. You must submit it to your local town hall.

Building permit:
Bioclimatic pergola over 20 m²: You must apply for a building permit at your local town hall.
