Do I need to make a declaration for my bioclimatic pergola?

No authorization required:
Bioclimatic pergola less than 5 m²: You can install your pergola without any administrative formalities.

Prior declaration of works (DP):
Bioclimatic pergola between 5 m² and 20 m²: A simple prior declaration of works is sufficient. You must submit it to the town hall of your municipality.

Building permit:
Bioclimatic pergola over 20 m²: You must absolutely request a building permit from the town hall of your municipality.
