The Bernard charcoal barbecue stands out for its ease of use. Versatile, it easily transforms into a smoker or traditional barbecue according to your preferences. Its quick ignition is ensured by 4 strategically positioned air vents on the bowl and lid, which optimize air circulation and effectively stoke the embers. The charcoal rests on a steel tray adjustable in height via a crank, allowing you to control the cooking temperature. A thermometer integrated into the hood completes this thermal control system.


A solid and practical barbecue that moves easily

Made of quality steel and covered with heat-resistant enamel paint, the Bernard barbecue combines robustness and durability. It is equipped with 3 enamelled cast iron grills, including a removable round one, as well as a chrome warming rack to keep your preparations at the ideal temperature.

Its ergonomic design includes a front hatch for effortless charcoal refilling. The 2 steel side shelves provide practical space for your dishes and accessories, and fold down for compact storage. Each shelf has 4 dedicated hooks for utensils and tea towels. The Bernard model also includes an integrated bottle opener, a lower storage shelf, and 2 stainless steel handles for manipulating the lid and accessing the removable ash catcher. Its movement is facilitated by 2 robust wheels.


Complementary options

A barbecue utensil case and a chimney starter are available separately to complete your equipment. The central round grill can be replaced by a grill or plancha of 31 cm in diameter (accessories not included, compatibility not guaranteed).
