You have three grills and a cast iron plancha to vary your preparations: traditional grills, vegetables, fish, or meats in sauce. Two stainless steel warming racks keep your dishes at the ideal temperature without continuing to cook them.
Total heat control
The gas side operates on propane or butane and ignites instantly via electronic piezo ignition. Its three main burners plus one side burner offer a maximum power of 8500 W, distributed independently through ergonomic front-mounted controls.
The charcoal compartment features an adjustable fire height via crank handle to modulate heat intensity. Three vents (two on the hood, one on the side) optimize air circulation and ember stoking.
Built to last
The steel structure benefits from anti-corrosion treatment and high-temperature paint. The double-walled hoods retain heat better while protecting the exterior. Each compartment has its own integrated thermometer to monitor cooking without lifting the lids.
