An intermediate protective plate separates the cooking surface from the flames for optimal heat distribution and always controlled cooking.

Piezo ignition happens in an instant. The removable drawer-shaped grease collector, like the cooking plate, greatly facilitates daily maintenance.

The cart accompanying your plancha offers you a practical and mobile workspace. Its two shelves welcome your dishes and kitchen accessories, while the space under the lower shelf allows you to store the gas cylinder. The two integrated wheels guarantee effortless maneuverability to move your cooking station wherever you wish.


Usage tips

For effective cleaning after each use, leave the plancha on full power for a few minutes to burn off food residues. Once the plate has cooled, simply clean with water by scraping gently.

For connection to a gas bottle, you will need a hose and a regulator with G1/2 thread. During winter periods or when temperatures approach 0°C, prefer the use of Propane gas for optimal performance.
