Perfect for varying flavors, searing and caramelizing food, the Porthos plancha is reliable and simple to use. Its stainless steel front and burners provide excellent corrosion resistance. The black enameled cold-rolled steel cooking plate is removable without disassembly. A protective plate separates it from the flames to prevent damage and optimize heat distribution, ensuring even cooking of your food.

Practical, the plancha lights up quickly by piezo. Its cooking plate and the removable grease drawer make cleaning considerably easier.

Everything within reach for cooking

The side table allows you to have the plancha and utensils immediately nearby. The cart has two shelves to accommodate dishes and accessories. The gas bottle fits under the lower shelf. Mobile thanks to its two wheels, the cart adapts perfectly to the plancha.

Usage tips

To clean your plancha after use, leave it on at full power for a few minutes. Food residues will be burned off. Once the plate has cooled, clean with water by scraping lightly.

Gas power supply

The plancha operates on Butane or Propane gas (6 or 13 kg bottle). Propane is strongly recommended, especially in cold weather near 0°C. For connection, you need a gas hose and a regulator (G1/2 thread for gas inlet).
