The sloped roof naturally prevents the accumulation of water and dead leaves.

Solid and durable construction

This shed is built to last. Its structure combines hot-dip galvanized lacquered steel panels, resistant to corrosion and weathering, with a thick frame and stabilizing metal frame. The supplied fixing kit (angle brackets and concrete anchors) allows you to firmly anchor the entire structure to the ground.

Assembly, designed for two people, is facilitated by the marking of the sheets and the pre-drilling of holes. Plan on a suitable screwdriver for assembly.

The floor is not included. This model is also available in an 8.95 m² version for larger needs.

What to know before installation

Remember to check with your local town hall regarding administrative procedures. As a general rule, sheds under 5 m² do not require any formalities. Between 5 and 20 m², a prior declaration of work is required. Beyond that, a building permit is mandatory.
