Delivery and unpacking

The product arrives rolled and compressed in two boxes. Opening is done using the provided tool. Allow approximately five minutes to remove the set from its packaging, then between forty-eight and seventy-two hours for the lounge chairs and footrest to regain their original shape. A light patting of the fabric speeds up this process. Place the furniture in a ventilated area for a few hours so that the air dissipates any residual odors related to compression.
